Our Mission
The traditional process of hiring marine crew is slow, opaque, and relies on word-of-mouth or expensive agencies. CRW DEX changes that by providing a transparent, digital marketplace where yacht owners can directly connect with verified professionals. We started in Sydney with a focus on the Australian superyacht market, and our vision is to expand nationally and then internationally, creating the go-to platform for marine crew worldwide.

Brooke ward
Brooke’s journey spans from freelance stewardess on Sydney Harbour to full-time stewardess and chief stewardess roles worldwide. She’s also worked in vessel management, recruitment, and charter operations — giving her a complete view of how the industry runs.
Ishank thakur
Ishank built his career as an engineer across the Caribbean and Mediterranean on vessels from 25–130m. Now based in Sydney as an engineer and skipper, he’s hired countless full-time and freelance crew — and knows how frustrating that process can be.
